Terms of Service
The Birlindu Standard & Priority Protocol
1. The Elite Protocol
By accessing and using Birlindu's services, you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to our standard of conduct and operational procedures. Birlindu acts as a premium facilitator between elite guests and verified service providers.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Birlindu maintains a strict NO REFUND policy across all luxury categories. Once a booking is initiated and payment is processed, funds are allocated to secure the asset and crew. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal emergencies, or weather-related preferences unless canceled by the provider.
3. Rescheduling & No-Show
Rescheduling requests are exclusively accepted if submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled experience date. Requests made within the 72-hour window will be rejected. In the event of a No-Show (failure to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time), the booking will be marked as 'Expired' with zero refund or rescheduling credit.
4. Conduct & Asset Protection
Guests are expected to treat all assets and staff with the highest level of respect. Any bad treatment of staff or crew will result in immediate termination of the experience without refund. Furthermore, the lead guest assumes 100% financial liability for any damage caused to the vessel, villa, or equipment during the booking. Complete repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the guest.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Maritime and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By booking, you and your guests explicitly accept all risks associated with the experience. Birlindu and its partners are NOT liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or accidents that occur to you or your invitees during the cruise, stay, or event. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests.
6. Security & Verification
All guests must be verified. Birlindu reserves the right to deny access to any individual who fails security screening or refuses to provide valid identification at the point of boarding or entry.
